A Brazilian footballer Wesley Barbosa De Morais plays as a centre defender for Atlético Mineiro. He was born on 10 November 1981.
Wesley’s career started off in 2002, when he signed for Barretos. In 2004, the footballer was hired by Itumbiara. He stayed there until 2006, when he was scouted by Rio Preto. In 2008, a move to Mirassol happened. Barbosa’s game was noticed not only by the Brazilian clubs, but by the scouts from all over the world. That’s why in 2009, the forward served a loan at Chunnam Dragons, making 22 appearances and netting 2 goals.
In 2010, a temporary deal was finalized with Grêmio Barueri. Morais spent a year with the temporary squad, appearing 27 times and scoring 10 goals. In 2011, he was hired by Atlético Mineiro. In 2012, the club was crowned the champions of the State Championship of Minas Gerais. Not long after that had happened, the forward was loaned to Atlético Goianiense and later on to Korean side Gangwon FC.
