Aaron Cresswell is a defender, born on 15 December 1989 in Liverpool, England.
Aaron’s professional career took off in Tranmere Rovers. He penned his first senior contract and joined the main squad of the club in 2008. The footballer got a lot of positive reviews from the pundits and the coaching staff due to his performance in pre-season matches, which gave the manager the right to give Cresswell more playing time. The defender took part in 13 fixtures during his début 2008/2009 season and increased his tally by one appearance the following season, featuring in 27 games in toto. Aaron took part in 70 matches and found the net five times for Tranmere Rovers during three years.
The footballer’s solid display drew the attention of Ipswich Town, which decided to secure his services on permanent basis in the summer 2011. Cresswell made 138 appearances and fired seven goals for ‘The Tractor Boys’ during three seasons. In the summer 2014 he was offered to join a Premier League side West Ham United.
