Anderson Santana dos Santos, aka Anderson Mineiro, is a Brazilian defender born on April 24, 1986 in Belo Horisonte, Brazil.
In 2005 the defender signed for his first professional club Mamoré amassing 48 games in his debut season. In the summer of 2006 he was loaned to Cabofriense. Afterwards a Brazilian giant Cruzeiro decided to purchase the player. As a result in the summer of 2007 the contract was signed and Anderson officially became a player of Cruzeiro.
In 2008, Santana had two short loan spells at Tupi and then at Linhares. After that he was purchased by a Brazilian Náutico amassing 29 appearances and 4 goals during a two-year spell there.
In January 2010 Santata set for a Portuguese side Vitória Guimarães where didn’t get much playing time making only 13 appearances for two seasons. In 2012 the defender found himself at Chornomorets Odesa and played there for two years.
In the summer 2014 he moved to a Kazakh side Aktobe.
