A Brazilian footballer Valmir Roseno Santos, also known as Bida, plays for Atlético Goianiense. He was born on 2 August 1984.
Bida started his career in 2005, when his first pro contract was penned with Ipitanga. Before being promoted to the senior squad, the footballer studied at the club’s academy. In 2006, a move to Vitória happened. That decision turned to be a success, as whilst playing for the team Calmir was twice awarded the title of the champion of the Campeonato Baiano.
His brilliant game was noticed by the scouts from Santos. As a result, in 2008, a temporary deal was finalized. Bida made 18 appearances and returned to the parent club, as there had arouse some disagreement between Santos and Vitória.
After coming back to his club, Bida managed another three fabulous seasons. He was twice the champion of the Campeonato Baiano (in 2009 and 2010). In 2011, he was scouted by Atlético Goianiense. The footballer fitted the team perfectly and clinched the place in the first line-up. He’s already featured in more than 60 club’s fixtures.
