Dragan Paljić is a midfielder of Heracles Almelo. He was born on 8 April 1983 in Starnberg, Germany.
Dragan’s career took off in the reserve team of TSV 1860 München in 2002. The footballer made ten appearances during one season, but did not manage to find the net. In 2003, Paljić transferred to FV Olympia Laupheim and performed for the club till 2004, when he was offered to join TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
The midfielder made his début for the new team on 12 August 2007 in the home 2-3 loss to Wehen Wiesbaden. Dragan took part in 98 fixtures and amassed 14 goals for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim during four seasons.
In July 2008, the footballer completed a move to 1. FC Kaiserslautern and made his first appearance for the club on 15 March 2010 in the home 1-1 draw with 1. FSV Mainz 05. Paljić featured in 46 games and found the net three times for the team during two years.
In the summer 2010, the midfielder sealed a two-year deal with Polish side Wisła Kraków. Dragan’s maiden Ekstraklasa appearance came in the away 2-0 loss to Ruch Chorzów. One week later, on 21 August, the footballer fired the winner in the match against Widzew Łódź. Paljić took part in 52 games and chipped in one goal for the club during two years.
At the beginning of July 2012, the player put pen to paper of a three-year contract with Dutch side Heracles Almelo.
