Dramane Traoré is a professional Malian footballer, born on June 17, 1982 in Bamako, Mali.
Dramane Traoré signed his first professional contract in 1999 with Stade Malien. Although he was not a regular player, the striker developed his skills during training sessions. In 2001 he moved to Djoliba AC and over the season of 2001/2002 made 18 appearances for the club and scored a few goals.
In 2002 the striker moved to Egypt to play for Ismaily SC but performed only as a substitute to other players there. From 2004 till 2006 he played for Club Africain (Tunisia) and obtained the trust of his coach and fans.
The following stage of Dramane Traoré’s career is associated with a Russian club called Lokomotiv Moscow FC (2006-2010). He netted 12 goals in 72 matches for the side. The year of 2009 was the year when the striker played on loan for Kuban Krasnodar FC.
In 2011 Dramane Traoré returned to Tunisia to perform for Espérance but soon he was bought by Metalurh Donetsk FC. Later he had a brief spell with Dubai CSC.
In 2006 Dramane Traoré started scoring his goals for the Mali National Football Team.
