Federico Agliardi is a goalkeeper for Bologna. He was born on 11 February 1983 in Brescia, Italy.
From 1999 to 2002 Federico studied and played for his hometown club Brescia.
Agliardi signed his first professional contract with Brescia in 2002 and was almost immediately transferred to Cosenza. For Federico the 2002/03 season was a debut in pro football. Agliardi made a total of 16 appearances for Cosenza.
In 2003 Federico Agliardi returned to Brescia and played there mainly as a substitute goalkeeper until 2006. During 4 seasons at Brescia Federico made mere 31 appearances.
In January 2006 the young goalkeeper signed for Palermo and established himself as the first-choice goalkeeper, with 29 starts during 2 seasons. After a series of misfortunes though Federico lost his position as a regular and became a replacement for Alberto Fontana.
In the summer of 2008 Federico Agliardi joined Rimini on loan and made a total of 19 appearances in the 2008/09 season.
In July 2009 Agliardi was sold to Padova and started in 45 matches for the club from 2009 to 2011.
In 2011 Federico Agliardi signed for his current Bologna and made 10 appearances for the club so far.
From 2000 to 2005 Federico Agliardi played for various Italian youth teams, totaling 18 caps.
