A Dutch footballer Luigi Bruins acts as a midfielder for OGC Nice. Luigi was born on 9 March 1987 in Rotterdam.
Bruins started his career with Excelsior, where his junior career passed. In the summer 2004, the footballer joined the club’s main squad. He quickly proved to be an important member for the team. The midfielder remained at the club until 2007 amassing 10 goals in 66 matches.
From 2007 to 2011, Luigi represented Feyenoord. When he joined the squad, he was already an experienced player and the head coach wasn’t afraid to let him on the field. The stint was lined with the overall number of 70 appearances made and nine goals scored.
In 2011, a deal was agreed with FC Red Bull Salzburg. The midfielder was supposed to stay at the club until the summer 2012. But, after appearing three times for the squad, the deal was rescinded. In January 2012, Luigi was hired by Excelsior. He made nine appearances for the club and moved to OGC Nice.
From 2007 to 2008, Maud Bruins represented the Netherlands U-21 squad. Together with the team he won the UEFA European U-21 Football Championship.
