A Scottish footballer Mark Wilson plays for Bristol City. He was born on 5 June 1984 in Glasgow.
His football career started at Dundee United, where he played since his young age. In 2000, Mark penned his first pro contract and entered the senior team. His debut at the professional level happened in January 2002. At first, Wilson made only occasional appearances, but after his contract was extended he managed to become one of the team’s pivots. In total, he netted 8 goals in 117 matches for the first squad.
In 2006, a move to Celtic happened. Wilson fitted the team perfectly, making 98 appearances and netting 2 goals.
In 2012, a new contract was signed with Bristol City.
Mark’s twice the holder of the Scottish League Cup and the Scottish Cup. He was also honored four times with the title of the winner of the Scottish Premier League.
