Mohamed Yattara is a striker, born on July 28, 1993 in Conakry, the capital of Guinea. Mohamed also represents his national team.
Yattara is a product of Lyon`s academy. During the three seasons he played with Lyon`s reserves the centre forward managed 5 goals in 27 appearances. In 2012 he was going to sign a contract with Athlétic Club Arles-Avignon but changed his mind and joined Nîmes Olympique on a six-month loan. Nevertheless Yattara became AC Arles-Avignon`s player some time later. The centre forward completed a loan move to the club until the end of the season 2011/2012. He was assigned number 19. Mohamed opened his goal account in the second match for Arles.
At the end of the season the young talent returned to Lyon but was again loaned out to another club in order to gain experience and develop his game. Now it was Troyes AC.
In the season 2013/2014 Yattara was loaned to Angers.
On March 1, 2012 the lightning-quick striker was called up to the Guinea national team for the match against Côte d’Ivoire. But he turned down that offer, preferring to play for his club. On August 15, 2012 he first appeared for Guinea in the friendly match against Morocco. Later he won another senior cap.
