Lee Robert Clark is a retired footballer from England, a current manager of Birmingham City. He was born in 1972 in Wallsend, England. He graduated from Newcastle United youth academy in 1990 and went on his senior career with the main squad, where he played until 1997. During his stay at the club Clark featured in 195 matches and scored 23 goals. In 1999, he joined Fulham and played for the side until 2005, making 149 appearances he scored 20 goals.
The last season in his professional career Clark spent at Newcastle United, where he used to play earlier, and retired in 2006. Lee Clark made 11 appearances for the England U21 team.
He took over as a manager in December 2008, when he signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with Huddersfield Town. During his first season with the club he brought them to the ninth position in the league, the following season they reached the play-off semifinal. In 2010/11 they finished play-off runners-up but in February 2012 he was sacked. In June Clark took charge of Birmingham City.
