Andriy Oberemko is a Ukrainian footballer who currently features as a midfielder at Metalurh Zaporizhya on loan from Metalist Kharkiv. He has great experience in playing for the Ukraine national youth team. He was born in Tokmak, the Zaporizhia province.
Andriy attended Diselist Tokmak and Metalurh Zaporizhia, for which he featured in his youth (1993-2000). In 2000 the young footballer moved to Kyiv and joined Dinamo.
Due to fierce competition at White-Blues the midfielder didn’t manage to ensure his position though he was considered to be a promising player and was called up to the Ukraine national youth team several times. Oberemko spent 10 years at Dinamo appearing during this period for the third and the second team of White-Blues being also released on loan to other clubs.
Particularly Andriy played 33 games for Dinamo-3 and 94 games for Dinamo 2. From 2004 to 2009 he was loaned to Borysfen (1 match), Kharkiv (27 matches), Illichivets (58 matches, 5 goals) and Kryvbas (6 games.)
After the period of loans and appearances for Dinamo reserve teams Oberemko moved to Vorskla Poltava in 2011. The midfielder became a reserve player there showing himself to good advantage though. In one and a half years he took part in 22 matches of the Ukrainian Premier League and netted 2 goals. As a result Andriy signed a three-year contract with Metalist Kharkiv on 1 July 2012. In 2013 the player was loaned to struggling Metalurh Zaporizhya.
From 2003 to 2006 the footballer featured for the Ukrainian national youth team in 24 matches. Together with his peers Andriy participated in the UEFA U-21 Championship 2006. The Ukrainian team became silver medal winners. Oberemko appeared in three games of five.
