Ivan Rodić is a professional Croatian footballer currently playing as a striker for Zorya Luhansk FC. He was born on November 11, 1985 in Dugi Rat, SFR Yugoslavia.
Ivan Rodić began playing football professionally in 2004 at Mosor NK, where he stayed for 3 years. All this time he spent a great deal of time training and gaining game experience. In total, the striker appeared in 61 matches and scored 7 goals for the squad.
In 2007 Ivan Rodić moved to Imotski NK and took part in 23 fixtures, marked with 11 goals, over one season. In the season of 2008/2009 the footballer performed for Šibenik HNK, playing in the top Croatian football league (Prva HNL). But in spite of quite good results (9 goals in 27 matches) the striker failed to become a regular player and had to leave the team.
From 2009 till 2011 Ivan Rodić played for such big clubs as Hajduk Split HNK, Rijeka HNK and Istra 1961 NK. But most of the time the footballer had to stay on the bench and lacked game practice.
In 2012 Ivan Rodić joined Zorya Luhansk FC and got a number 23 jersey. He made his debut in the Ukrainian Premier League on March 3, 2012.
