Jake Mario Jervis is an English striker born on 17 September 1991 in Wolverhampton, England.
In 2001, Jake joined local Wolverhampton Wanderers, where he spent first two years of his youth career. In 2003, the footballer moved to the academy of Shrewsbury Town and performed for the junior squad of the club during three years. In 2006, Jervis passed a trial at the academy of Birmingham City and spent four years there to get ready for a professional start.
In 2010, the striker penned his first senior contract, but was sent on loan at once. From 2010 till 2012, Jake made total 49 appearances and netted 12 goals during his temporary spells at Hereford United, Notts County, Swindon Town, Preston North End, Carlisle United, Tranmere Rovers and Portsmouth.
In January 2013 Jake Jervis moved to Turkey and joined Elazığspor. Later on he signed a deal with Portsmouth.
In the summer 2014 Jervis moved to Ross County.
