Joe Dudgeon is a defender of Hull City. He was born on 26 November 1990 in Leeds, England.
In 2006, Joe was admitted to the academy of Manchester United, where he started to perform for one of junior squads. The footballer spent four years in one of the best youth systems in the world and managed to get ready for a professional level by 2010.
Dudgeon penned a senior contract with the club, but he still had to do his best to compete for a place in the starting XI. After one year with ‘The Red Devils’, the defender got a lot of offers from various teams, but MU management decided to postpone the matter till the summer 2011.
In January 2011, Joe was sent on loan to Carlisle United, where he gained his first playing practice. In the summer 2011, the footballer completed a permanent move to English side Hull City and was given an opportunity to come on the pitch in the starting line-up, which was very important for him. Dudgeon made 33 appearances for ‘The Tigers’ as of December 2012.
From 2009, the defender has been capped four times for the Northern Ireland national U-21 squad.
