Lebohang Mokoena is a South African footballer. He was born on 29 September 1986 in the small town Soweto. Mokoena started playing football at the team Diepkloof Hellenic when he was only eight years old. In 2003 the player penned a professional contract with Orlando Pirates where he subsequently played for 6 years making 98 outings and scoring 13 goals.
In 2009 the midfielder signed a deal with Mamelodi Sundowns. Mokoena made his debut for the national side in the fixture against Mexico on 8 July 2005.
