Marc Crosas Luque is a Spanish defensive midfielder. Marc was born on 9 January 1988 in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Catalonia, Spain.
Marc is a product of Barcelona’s youth system. He came through all the club’s ranks. The young footballer prompted interest from Liverpool, however Barça rejected the offer of the English side to loan Crosas with a purchase option. In 2005 Marc penned his first contract with Barcelona. On 8 November the footballer made his senior debut in the last 32 of the Copa del Rey. Crosas spent the bulk of the time in Barcelona B, and in 2008 he was loaned to French outfit Lyon.
Before the 2008/2009 campaign Crosas signed an agreement with Scottish club Celtic. In the debut season Marc was named Celtic’s Young Player of the Season. During three years with the Celts the Spanish footballer was one of the best defensive midfielders in the championship.
On 18 February 2011 Crosas officially joined Russian side Volga. Having made 26 appearances for the Nizhny Novgorod team, the footballer moved to Mexican outfit Santos Laguna at the beginning of 2012.
