Ruslan Tien Kuang a Bulgarian defender of Vietnamese descent, born on 25 October 1985. Ruslan began his football career at FC Bdin, based in his hometown Vidin.
In 2004, Kuang started taking part in the matches of the senior team, where he played throughout six seasons. In 2010, Ruslan decided to try himself at a higher level and switched to Botev Vratsa.
With the help of a naturalized Vietnamese, the team won the B Group and was promoted to the Bulgarian A PFG. In 2013, it was revealed that Ruslan Tien Kuang was called up to represent Vietnam at international level but didn’t accept the offer.
In 2013 the club was relegated back and Kuang joined Lokomotiv Plovdiv.
