A Spanish footballer Luis Alberto Romero Alconchel is a forward under contract with Liverpool. He was born on 28 September 1992 in San José del Valle.
Luis is the product of Sevilla’s youth system. He spent five years at the club’s academy, improving his game and turning into a full-grown forward. In 2009, Romero started his senior career. The first two seasons as a professional player, he spent with Sevilla’s reserve team. He became an important squad’s part netting 25 goals in 77 matches. Luis’s La Liga debut took place on 16 April 2011 in a game with Getafe CF. He made seven appearances for the main team and was sent for a year-long loan at Barcelona B. Alberto debuted for the temporary team on 2 September 2012 in a match against CE Sabadell FC.
After a successfull spell with Barcelona reserve squad Luis Alberto was invited to Liverpool.
In the season 2014/2015 Luis Alberto played for Malaga on loan.
In 2010, Romero made two appearances for Spain U-18 team. In 2011, the forward earned three calls for the U-19 squad.
