Nicky Bailey is a midfielder of Millwall. He was born on 10 June 1984 in Putney, England.
In 2001, Nicky penned a professional contract with Sutton United after one year in the academy of the club. The footballer became the pivot very soon and netted 27 goals in 85 fixtures for the team during three years.
In 2004, Bailey completed a move to Barnet and became an anchor player in midfield. The head coach gave Nicky an opportunity to come on the pitch in every match and saw him make stellar display. The footballer took part in 125 games and fired 17 goals for the club during three seasons.
In the 2007/2008 season, Bailey performed for Southend United and found the net nine times in 44 fixtures during his spell.
In 2008, the midfielder sealed a deal with Charlton Athletic and amassed 25 goals in 89 matches during two seasons. In the summer 2010, Middlesbrough secured Nicky’s services on a long-term deal and saw him score four goals in 98. In 2013 Bailey completed a switch for Millwall.
In 2005, the footballer was capped four times for England C.
