Arsenal scouts set to watch Strootman

According to De Telegraaf Arsenal are said to be interested in signing PSV central midfielder Kevin Strootman.

Arsenal coach Arsène Wenger has reportedly instructed his chief scout Steve Rowley to watch the 22 year-old Dutchman in action.

Man Utd and Tottenham are also interested in adding the €20 million-rated midfielder to their squad.

Kevin Strootman has made 15 appearances this season scoring 5 goals and setting up another three.
