Diego Perotti is sidelined for two months

Sevilla midfielder suffered an injury during Sunday game against Valencia.

The MRI scan revealed the midfielder sustained a serious hamstring injury. The club statement reads that: “According to the medical staff, there is extensive bruising that is not allowing the team to do a precise check of the magnitude of the tear right now.”

The club’s officials underline that the recovery time will take between four and six weeks.

The 24-year-old player made nine outings for Sevillathis season.
