Man Utd to bid for Columbia starlet

Mancheser United are weighting up the possibility of signing Columbia U20 starlet Juan Fernando Quintero.

United scouts have been monitoring the 20-year-old’s progress since his impressive performance during South America U20 Championships in January. Quintero led his side to the title and completed the tournament second top scorer, having netted five goals.

The player is no stranger to European football, as he is currently on a season-long deal at Serie A side Pescara from Atletico Nacional and has attracted attention from Italian giants Juventus and Inter Milan.

The Red Devils are keen on adding the talented player to their squad after missing out on Luca Modric and Lucas.
