Marseille Ayew open to a move

Manchester United’s hopes of signing Marseille’s striker Andre Ayew have been given a huge boost as the player has refused to rule out perspective of moving clubs in the near future.

The recent speculations have linked the 23-year-old Ghanian with a switch to Old Trafford, with Barcelona are also said to be closely monitoring the player’s progress. Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has made an attempt of landing the player back in 2010 however Marseille rejected his £5million offer.

Now it looks as if Ayew is prepared to make a move. He has put the top European clubs on alert by stating: “The club have made it clear if they receive a good offer they will listen to that - but I will not go just to please the club. I will go to a club that want to win trophies. But now I want to finish the season well with Marseille and qualify for the Champions League.”
