Monchengladbach Camargo set to join Fulham

Daily Mail informs that Fulham are on the verge of signing Borussia Monchengladbach forward Igor de Camargo.

The 29-year-old Brazilian-born Belgium international is seen as an ideal player to team up with Fulham’s main star Berbatov. Camargo is capable to play both on the attacking end and in a withdrawn role.

After losing his first-team place in Monchengladbach the Belgian has repeatedly stated he wants to move to another club in search of the first-team football.

The Cottagers have reportedly beaten Eintracht Frankfurt and Everton in the battle for Camargo’s signature. Camargo has made 14 appearances scoring two goals for the Bundesliga side.
