Perin will achieve top level claims Pescara sporting director

The official of Serie A side is confident in the bright future of the promising goalkeeper.

The 20-year-old shot-stopper Mattia Perin moved from Pescara to Genoa on loan this season, yet the keeper is expected to return to his parent club in summer. Perin has been linked with top Italian sides following his confident performance this season as the keeper featured in 24 games.

Pescara sporting director Daniele Delli Carri has always showed support to the player, claiming recently Perin “is ready to be the post-Buffon.“

“I think that, in the future, he will play for either Milan or Juventus. I have no doubts – he’ll be there after Buffon, on the international stage too,” stated the official.

“I see him on a daily basis, in training and in games, he’s like a 30-year-old. He’s an exemplary professional for someone who was born in 1992, for the way he intensely trains,” added Delli Carri.
