Real Madrid set to make £40 million bid for Tottenham Bale

Tottenham wizard Gareth Bale has long been linked with a move away from White hart Lane and it seems that he finally leaves the club this summer with Real Madrid being his most likely destination.

Real Madrid’s boss Jose Mourinho is a long-term admirer of Bale’s talent and, following the string of impressive performances delivered by the winger in both Premier League and Champions League, Mourinho is determined to bring him to Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season. According to the terms of his contract, Bale is permitted to discuss the terms of a possible move with the host of the clubs, and Real Madrid is one of them.

Real Madrid have sent their representatives to start the negotiations with the in-demand player with the fee of around £40 million on the cards.
