Bradley Jones clinches new deal with Liverpool

Liverpool goalkeeper Bradley Jones has put a pen on a new long-term contract.

Despite the ongoing speculations that Liverpool is looking to add a bunch of new players in January transfer window and offload dead wood, Brendan Rodgers seems to be willing to stick with old guard. He has already renewed the contracts with his star players Luis Suarez, Martin Škrtel, Daniel Agger and Jonjo Shelvey.

30 year-old Australia international Bradley Jones has joined The Merseysiders from Middlesbrough in 2010. He has made 10 appearances this season so far.

I wonder how does it feel to be a constant number 2 for the position? Train hard, pass medicals, stay on the bench and know that virtually the only chance to get in the squad is your big bro' injury.. A little sad
