Juventus set to bid for Tevez, should they miss out on Jovetic

Juventus will try to lure unsettled Manchester City forward Tevez, should they miss out on an in-demand Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic.

Fiorentina are prepared to part ways with 23-year-old Jovetic, in the wake of interest from host of European clubs, including Chelsea and Arsenal. Chelsea are rumoured to be in the driving seat to sign the player who is valued at around £30 million as they have enough transfer funds to match FIorentina demands.

Tevez has one year remaining on his City deal and the Citizens would prefer to cash in on their controversial forward, rather than losing him for free next year. That is why, according to the latest reports, they are to listen to any offers for the 30-eyar-old Argentina international. Hence it looks like that Juve will try to secure the services of Tevez.
