Man City prepare £20 million bid for Betis midfielder

AS informs that Man City are stepping up their interest in Betis midfielder Beñat Etxebarria who came through the youth ranks at Athletic Bilbao.

The Citizens are reportedly ready to activate the £20 million release clause in Etxebarria’s contract with the Spanish side in an attempt to land the 25 year-old player.

Etxebarria has made 15 appearances this season, scoring 3 goals and setting up another 5.
